The Owner

Janine has been scuba diving since 1975 and scuba instructing since 1998. Through scuba diving and instructing, Janine discovered the tranquil beauty that underwater life has to offer and when she was introduced to Freediving, a whole new facet of diving opened up to her. As a Freediving Instructor, Janine loves watching students overcome their fears and learn about themselves and the ocean world.

Janine embraced mindfulness in a way that unlocked something for her. William Trubridge, a world-renowned free diver, sums it up perfectly: 

“Freediving requires body, mind, and even spirit to be aligned and directed toward a common intent.” 

In the same way that others brought the world of diving and freediving to her, Janine is excited to bring the underwater world and all the mindfulness that it has to offer to others, on a grander scale, as an Instructor.
